Welcome to Camp Discovery
During July and August, ECYC offers a summer program for children who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade. The program is centered around themes such as Sea Life, Space, and The Environment. Field trips are planned according to the themes. Arts and crafts, and sports, round out this program, providing the children with many exciting summer activities with an educational focus on each theme.
Camp Discovery is typically run in one-week sessions. This program can accommodate up to sixty children. A 12:1 ratio of children to staff is maintained for this age group. To lower our ratio during summer trips we invite and encourage parents to sign up to be chaperones.
